Disneyland Characters

We went with my sis and her kids to Disneyland today and had breakfast while Disney characters visited us. Kylie loved it. She meet Chip, Dale, Alice in Wonderland, Max (Goofy's son), Eeyore, Capt'n Hook, and Minnie Mouse. We took pictures and I bought an autograph book for Kylie so all the characters could sign it. The only character she was not too fond of was Capt'n Hook. She liked him from afar, but not up close.

She was given a balloon and was in heaven. I think this is the very first time I've ever let her have a balloon tied around her wrist. I have a fear of the balloon popping and her choking on the pieces. I know it's a bit over-protective and crazy, but I can't help it, I just have that fear. I feel the same way about hard candies and choking too. Anyway, Kylie had a blast with her balloon. It got pretty annoying though. For those of you that pay money for balloons, I hope I don't offend, but why do people pay for balloons that just end up on your stroller handle and get in the way? It was knocking me in the head and was making it hard to fit through narrow spaces in the crowd. I finally deflated it.

After the wonderful breakfast, we went on a few rides. After we went on the Winnie the Pooh ride we saw Pooh, Eeyore, and Tigger. We stood in line and Kylie liked seeing them. She loves Pooh. She brought home a stuffed Pooh. I usually don't buy her things at Disneyland because it's pretty expensive, but made the exception today. When we got home, she put Pooh in her booster seat and fed him crackers. She is so happy to have him.
Gavin was a trooper today. He's sick with a runny nose and eye infection (I know, I'm horrible for taking him out) however today was so much easier than the past three days of sickness at home. At home he won't nap or sleep at all because he can't breath through his nose. He just wants to be held and is so heavy that my arm is ready to fall off after a few minutes. Anyway, I think because we were constantly moving and he was in the baby bjorn a good amount of time, it helped him sleep. He was a champ and didn't give me any trouble at all. It was nice to have the help of Sherrilynne and her girls too.

Don't worry about gavin being sick and taking him out. Sometimes that is what they need. He wasn't touching much anyway. Loks like you guys had fun.

Patience,
The name of the restaurant is Plaza Inn (according to my receipt). After you walk main street, veer to your right and it's on the corner before you turn towards buzz lightyear and star tours.
